When will my order arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on where you live. If you live in Australia, shipping will generally be faster.

Our supplier The Print Bar will always send you a tracking number once they have shipped your order.

Could I order this design after October 4?

We would consider making this design available after the cut off date if there is enough interest!

As this idea was designed with the Australian + Aotearoa (NZ) tour in mind, we wanted to make sure that anyone who wanted to buy this design would receieve their product in time - taking into account travel time for anyone visiting outside of Australia or Aotearoa.

Are you making a profit on this?

One of our core collective values in our team is integrity.

We are making 10% commission on top of the production fees set by our supplier. Any money we make will be 100% reinvested back into ColdplayAusNZ for other projects, such as meetups in collaboration with other fan run accounts, giveaways and promotion that will always and only benefit the fan community.

We would never profiteer off the fandom for personal gain.
